Process Caracteristics
The compression molding process can make the carbon fiber content in the carbon fiber tube higher, and there are very few carbon fibers that are not impregnated with resin.The surface of the carbon fiber tube is smooth, flat, and the strength retention rate is high.
First, the prepreg is to cut into a suitable shape according to the specifications of the product, and and the carbon fiber prepreg is stacked and compacted in the mold at a specific angle according to the technical requirements. Then put the entire mold into the hot press, set a certain temperature and time for heating and pressurizing, and finally solidify and shape. The control of mold temperature must be precise and carried out at a certain heating and cooling speed. Too fast or too slow heating and cooling speed will affect the final quality of carbon fiber tube.
High Product Strength: Carbon fiber content in pultruded products can be as high as 80%. The dipping is carried out under tension, which can give full play to the role of reinforcing materials and the product strength is high.
