Process Caracteristics
Pultrusion is a process in which carbon fiber bundles are impregnated in resin and then passed through a mold with a predetermined inner cavity profile. The space between the central axis and the mold will determine the wall thickness of the carbon fiber tube. Microwave heating and other methods are then used to quickly make it enter a gelatinized state, thereby achieving solidification and molding.
Strong Adaptability: It can produce pipes of almost any length, especially suitable for forming parts with certain cross-sectional shapes and very straight length direction.
Low Cost: It can realize automatic continuous forming, with high processing efficiency and low labor cost.
Good Corrosion Resistance: Carbon fiber tubes have good resistance to atmosphere, water, general concentrations of acids, alkalis, salts, and various oils and solvents, and have been applied to various aspects of chemical corrosion protection.
