Product Description

The thermoforming process involves internal thermoforming sealing. We add fiberglass materials and inject EVA foam at the edges, and use new thermocompression techniques to create thermoformed edges and a unified structure. The difference between thermoformed paddles and other types of paddles is that the edges are thermally pressed and sealed instead of being cold-cut. This sealed edge with a foam layer provides a softer feel and more control, making it easier to hit the ball accurately. The surface sandblasting process gives the paddle better spin and ball control.
