First, high-quality polyacrylonitrile (PAN) based carbon fiber filaments are carefully selected. These filaments are then precisely arranged in a single direction on a specialized carrier or forming device to ensure perfect alignment without any significant deviations or entanglements. 

Next, a suitable epoxy resin, known for its excellent adhesive and mechanical properties, is prepared and evenly applied to the unidirectionally arranged carbon fibers through a controlled dip-coating or injection process to ensure complete impregnation of the fibers. 

Subsequently, the resin-impregnated carbon fiber assembly is transferred to an autoclave where it is subjected to elevated temperature (around 120 - 180°C) and pressure (usually several atmospheres) for a specific curing time (ranging from a few hours depending on the thickness and resin type) to solidify the resin and form a cohesive composite structure. 

Finally, after the curing process is complete, the Carbon Fiber UD fabric is carefully removed from the autoclave, trimmed to the required dimensions, and undergoes a series of quality control tests including inspection of fiber alignment, resin distribution, and mechanical property evaluation to ensure its suitability for various applications such as in aerospace components, high-performance automotive parts, and premium sports equipment.




The construction of carbon fiber fabric is relatively simple and does not require large construction equipment and complex construction processes. During construction, only the carbon fiber fabric needs to be pasted on the concrete surface to be reinforced with the supporting adhesive, and it can play a role after a certain period of curing. The disturbance to the original structure during the construction process is relatively small, and there is no need for large-scale demolition and reconstruction work, which can greatly shorten the construction period and reduce the impact on the normal use of the building. For example, when reinforcing commercial buildings such as office buildings and shopping malls, the construction can be carried out without affecting normal business operations.
